I’ve looked into several guides about how to build a deck, but only one set of plans was really worth the money. I ended up investing in a set of plans called Ted’s Woodworking and I must say it was easily worth the month. In fact, I was able to build my deck easy and without any hassle in only a few weeks.
There’s really no telling how much money I saved by building my own deck, but I imagine it was somewhere in the neighborhood of around a thousand dollars.
